| Our aim is to offer our clients a complete package covering all aspects of the pelleting process from advice and recommendations to complete turnkey installations. |
This gives our clients the option to have a project professionally managed from start to finish rather than having to co-ordinate multiple suppliers (equipment and service) with the problems and additional costs this can bring. |
| Advice / Consultancy |
| We have been involved in the pelleting industry since the early 1960's, covering all aspects from the factory floor, to carrying out pioneering trials. We have represented our bespoke equipment manufacturers since 1980 and are therefore in a strong position to offer advice and recommendations on a diverse range of issues, rather than a single machine or process. |

Efficiency |
| Our in-house Computer Aided Design service was introduced in 1995 to eliminate the frustrations clients were experiencing with existing design companies. Our aim is to: |
| |
Combine our knowledge and site experience with the latest design concepts/equipment |
| |
Communicate with client (management and operators/production staff) |
| |
Provide technical design staff with equipment and product knowledge |
| |
Take into consideration factors such as general maintenance, expansion, the operating environment and efficiency for a user friendly long term design |
| |
Ensure projects come in on budget without hidden costs or add-ons |
| Fabrication / Installation |
| |
We pride ourselves in offering a high quality and efficient service, with minimum disruption to ongoing production. This is achieved with an in-house team of experienced fitters, normally co-ordinated on site by company management. This ensures projects run on schedule and adhere strictly to design specifications whilst still allowing for flexibility.
Having management on site means that clients have a direct point of contact and if decisions need to be made these can be carried out quickly and effectively ensuring complete client satisfaction. |
|
| In our 550m 2 Workshop and warehouse facility we undertake standard sheet metal work, rolling, folding, welding. This is in addition to repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work.
We use an extensive network of suppliers for structural steel work, milling, CNC machining, laser cutting and other specialised engineering companies, built up over many years. This means we can offer a diverse and complete range of services without the restrictions, or costs of a production line, high-tech. manufacturing facility and equipment. This enables us to offer competitive rates while ensuring lead times can be tailored to client needs rather than working around our production schedule.
